About Blue Days
Founded in 2013, Blue Days is the northernmost music festival of Italy. Formerly known as Blues Days, this international festival now spans several weeks. Artists from around the world meet every year in May in the enchanting Alpine town of Sterzing to play their blues, jazz, soul and funk to a captive audience in the City Theatre. In addition to the weekend headliners, local musicians perform in restaurants around the town. The popular gospel mass in the historic Parish church, the marching band parade, the traditional Mother’s Day brunch, and an exclusive workshop round off the varied twelve event program of the new BLUE DAYS under the direction of promoter and musician Roland Egger.
